鋁板生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家時(shí)效處理又稱(chēng)為脫溶分解，即時(shí)效解溶，固溶體從高溫迅速降溫至固體溶解度曲線(xiàn)之下，因快速冷卻，未及時(shí)析出，而產(chǎn)生過(guò)飽和固溶體，隨后，在低溫條件下，此非穩定過(guò)飽和固溶體隨時(shí)間而出現脫溶分觸，隨時(shí)效溫度和固溶體組成的差異，在時(shí)效脫溶期間，會(huì )出現亞穩定的亞穩定沉淀相，這些沉淀相與母相共格或局部共格，從而增強了合金鋁板的強度。
