其一、在鋁件焊接處先涂上焊藥,然后將燒熱的烙鐵蘸飽錫后放在焊處進(jìn)行預熱,待溫度升高,焊藥由稠變稀后再加一些焊藥和焊錫,使焊錫將烙鐵頭包容起來(lái),然后用烙鐵頭在焊接處前后摩擦,摩擦距離不要過(guò)大,一般在3~5mm之間使烙鐵頭處劃破鋁制元件表面的氧化鋁膜。焊接處由于有熔錫覆蓋與空氣隔絕不可能產(chǎn)生新的氧化膜而錫則能及時(shí)沾到剛剛除去的氧化膜的鋁件上。等列熔錫由圓球狀變成扁平狀,表明鋁件已經(jīng)與錫結合牢固,這時(shí)就停止摩擦并趁熱擦去剩余的焊藥,再與預先蘸好錫的導線(xiàn)頭或其它元件進(jìn)行焊接就很方便了。

At this time, it is very convenient to stop friction and wipe off the remaining flux while hot, and then weld with the conductor head or other components dipped in tin in advance.
其二、在鋁制元件的焊接處滴幾滴稀鹽酸用以除去表面氧化膜,稍待片刻,再加入幾滴較濃的硫酸銅溶液,等到焊處全部有銅覆蓋時(shí),用水洗掉多余的硫酸銅溶液和鹽酸溶液,然后用45-75W烙鐵就可以進(jìn)行焊接,其效果不錯。

其三、取一塊鋁放入坩堝內加溫熔化,再加入2~5倍的錫熔化后待用,再按常規方法焊接十分方便。

其四、在處理干凈的鋁表面,涂上一層溶液,用100w烙鐵頭上多吃錫,用烙鐵頭在焊接面上邊摩擦邊涂溶液即可。這便可以牢固的焊上。但注意:汞有毒,要在通風(fēng)處焊接,且不要用劇毒的氯化汞。

其五、鋁件土法焊接,預先準備好鋸玻璃纖維板的白粉沫,放在焊處表面,用75w烙鐵在焊接面上用力摩擦直至在鋁表面上附上一層錫,然后再用布將白粉沫和松香的混合物清除掉,這時(shí)就可用一般的方法焊接了,經(jīng)實(shí)踐此法簡(jiǎn)單,焊接效果令人滿(mǎn)意。

也可取松香、鐵屑混合,再用砂紙打光鋁件面,把松香和鐵粉放在焊接處光面上,用烙鐵反復摩擦使鋁表面吃上一層錫,然后再按一般方法即可順利焊接。

后方法之六、先將鋁件的焊接處表面打磨光亮,再滴幾滴縫紉機油,油量要充足,然后用鋒利小刀在焊接處來(lái)回刮幾次,再用烙鐵蘸上焊錫和松香在焊接處來(lái)回摩擦,錫很快就會(huì )牢固地附著(zhù)在鋁件上,此法也較簡(jiǎn)單、實(shí)用。
