1、復合層脫落:復合材料包鋁層離開(kāi)基體并脫落形成的不規則缺陷。
1. Composite layer falling off: irregular defects formed when the aluminum clad layer of composite material leaves the matrix and falls off.
2、壓花:由于帶材折皺、斷帶等原因導致軋輥輥面不規則色差在軋制過(guò)程中周期性地印到帶材表面的色差現象。
2. Embossing: The irregular color difference on the roll surface is periodically printed on the surface of the strip during rolling due to the wrinkling and breaking of the strip.
3、波浪:板、帶材由于不均勻變形而形成的各種不同的不平整現象的總稱(chēng)。板、帶邊部產(chǎn)生的波浪稱(chēng)為邊部波浪,中間產(chǎn)生的波浪稱(chēng)為中間波浪,在中間和邊部之間的既不在中間又不在兩邊的波浪稱(chēng)為二肋波浪,尺寸較小且通常呈圓形的波浪稱(chēng)為碎浪。
3. Wave: a general term for various irregularities caused by uneven deformation of plates and strips. The waves generated at the edges of plates and strips are called edge waves, the waves generated in the middle are called intermediate waves, the waves between the middle and the edges that are neither in the middle nor on both sides are called two rib waves, and the waves with small size and generally circular shape are called breaking waves.
4、翹邊:經(jīng)軋制或剪切后,帶材邊部翹起。

5、側邊彎曲:板、帶的縱向側邊呈現向某一側彎曲的非平直狀態(tài)。
5. Side bending: the longitudinal side of the plate and strip presents an uneven state of bending to one side.
6、塌卷:卷芯嚴重變形,卷形不圓。
6. Roll collapse: the roll core is seriously deformed and the roll shape is not round.
7、錯層:帶材端面層與層之間不規則錯動(dòng),造成端面不平整。

8、塔形:帶卷層與層之間向一側竄動(dòng)形成塔狀偏移。

9、松卷:卷取、開(kāi)卷時(shí)層與層之間產(chǎn)生的松動(dòng),嚴重時(shí)波及整卷。

10、燕窩:帶卷端面上產(chǎn)生局部“V”型缺陷。這種缺陷在帶卷卷取過(guò)程中或卸卷后產(chǎn)生,有些待放置一段時(shí)間后才產(chǎn)生。
10. Bird's nest: local "V" shaped defect is produced on the end face of the coil. This kind of defect occurs during the coiling process or after the coil is unloaded, and some defects will occur after being placed for a period of time.
